
At Bennett Midland, Will provides research and technical support for the Bloomberg Philanthropies’ Innovation Teams Program, an initiative to help cities solve their most pressing problems. He is also conducting an operational analysis for the Legal Aid Society. Prior to Bennett Midland, Will assisted a range of organizations working in the civic sector as a Coro Fellow in Public Affairs, including the Metropolitan Transportation Authority, Restaurant Opportunities Center of New York, the New York Life Foundation, Bloomberg Associates, and the Citizens’ Committee for Children.
For his work with the MTA, Will was part of a team that launched the Transit Tech Lab, the nation’s first public transit pilot accelerator for startups solving public transportation challenges. For his work with Bloomberg Associates, Will analyzed operations processes and conducted research and stakeholder interviews as part of an evaluation of wrap-around service models in K-12 education to inform future investments and improve outcomes for students, families and school districts.
Previously, Will served as an elementary educator for five years at schools in Brooklyn and the Bronx. Will holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Vermont and an M.A. in Teaching from the Relay Graduate School of Education.
