Anna Quinn

Senior Program Manager

Anna provides program management support to the Bloomberg Philanthropies City Data Alliance, which works with mayors in Latin America, Canada, and the U.S. to improve their use of data and set a new standard for local governments.

Prior to joining the firm, Anna spent almost ten years in a range of roles focused on social change philanthropy, public accountability, and organizational effectiveness. As a founding partner of Shake the Table, Anna built a supportive structure for the initiative connecting philanthropy and governments with movements for racial, gender, and economic justice. At the Novo Foundation, Anna stewarded the organization’s work to advance economic justice for women, managed the launch of a new collaborative fund and a global grantmaking strategy, and provided strategic support to executive leaders.

Anna holds a Master’s degree in public administration from the Wagner School of Public Service at New York University and a Bachelor’s degree in Community Health from Brown University.
