Lucy Walke

At Bennett Midland, Lucy provides research and strategic planning support for the E Pluribus Unum Fund, a new initiative by former Mayor of New Orleans Mitch Landrieu to address race, equity, economic opportunity, and violence in the U.S. South. As an undergraduate, she collaborated with the media collective Signs of Providence to merge grassroots knowledge of evictions in Providence with public data and housing policy research. Lucy also worked with the Brown School of Public Health to design a community-centered public health intervention for incarcerated women with experiences of interpersonal violence in the Rhode Island Department of Corrections. At the Taubman Center for American Politics and Policy, Lucy conducted a qualitative analysis of interviews with superintendents across the country to evaluate the local reception of the Common Core State Standards. Lucy graduated from Brown University with a B.A. in Political Science.
