Charlie is evaluating the economic and social impact of street innovations during the COVID-19 pandemic, including “Open Sidewalks” and “Open Streets,” on behalf of the New York City Department of Transportation.

Prior to joining Bennett Midland, Charlie served on and managed political campaigns across the country. His experience ranges from launching innovative small dollar fundraising initiatives in Florida, to drafting local policy initiatives in New York, to organizing a team of hundreds of volunteers in Philadelphia, PA during the 2020 presidential election.  He has also advised campaigns in New York on matters of communications, strategy, election law, and staffing. Charlie holds a Bachelor’s degree in History and Theatre from Florida State University.
